Gainz Wellness was established in 2017, as a full-service wellness
compony that started with personal training and group boot camps for
all individuals seeking a healthier lifestyle.
Gainz developed an apparel line called Gainz Wellness Apparel’ in 2020,
due to the gap in the market for good quality and affordable activewear
that catered to all types of people and bodies, not just a specific few.
Our People
Gain Wellness and Gainz Apparel by Belinda Netshipise, a qualified
personal trainer and overall fitness fanatic. Belinda’s values and beliefs
are built on the experience of her own personal journey and struggles in
the fitness industry.
Belinda has been featured on Metro FM’s Gym Jam where she showcased
beginner and advanced workouts easy enough for people to do not only
in the gym but from the comfort of their own homes. She has notable
features as a quest on ‘The Sitdown With Olwethu’, ‘Art of Superwoman’
blog as well as ‘Power Weekend Breakfast’ with Pabi Moloi.
She is a quest judge on WorkOut Flex – an Epic Contest Original for a
second season and currently in the process of planning a destination
boot camp for the near future.
